Conditioning that Chills

I wonder if #MuhammadAli would use "rope-a-dope" again if he were to go through his career a 2nd time. I thought AZ would acclimate me to the heat once I got back to Los Angeles. Not so, I try to avoid the sun as I did in Bullhead City.  Philippinos do the same thing, wear hats and avoid the sunshine.

I wonder if using batting donuts actually works?  Are there studies on weighted donuts in the on-deck circle?
