I've never thought of it before, but Boris Karloff as the #Frankenstein 'Monster' can be looked at in terms of 'White Man's Burden'. Immigration and Amalgamation. Mary Shelley: "You don't say?" Did #BorisKarloff suffer discrimination and persecution as an immigrant-American?
