When Trump calls the search of his lawyer’s premises a “break-in,” he’s equating a judicially authorized search by the FBI at the behest of his own US Atty appointee for SDNY with Nixon’s plumber’s unit’s break-in into Ellsberg’s shrink’s office. Who’s fooled by that equation????
If they broke they broke whether the paper authorized it or not, at least in everyday nomenclature. In law it might not be burglary, but it was purportedly a no-knock warrant seeking to prevent destruction of evidence. @BarbriInt #theWallsofJericho @IAMJericho
