I Don't Vote So I CAn b AZ

I'd vote "at-large" online or by telephone or mail. I have residency requirements in AZ and CA. The police asked me to update so I did but I keep moving from NV, AZ and CA so why should I have to update my license each time? I notified @LAPDHollywood So I don't vote so I can B AZ
