A man sits in the shadows of the Scientology building at Sycamore Ave. with an @LADodgers cap on, spouting off, getting sober with a bottle of Gatorade as LAPD questions a black across the street for vagrancy and possessing space at the bus stop with his shopping basket.
As I passed him, he bowed and said, "Jesus Christ". Three steps later, a Scientology guard stepped out from his hide out in the driveway north of me, to an SUV parked in the street. The squatter's words got more guttural and demonic as I left him.
