Speed [laws?] of speech different between audio and visual.

Do we compensate for seeing before hearing? #prejudice? For example how do we [subjectively] experience #TheJerseyBoys A WB Picture?
We experience a film. The #light reaches us before the soundtrack. Does the “Industry” ever compensate by advancing #audio as we perceive #video?
