When Your Gun Gets Stolen, A Criminal or Gang Has Access [unless it's Rudy Guiliani].

If there was a policy of storing private guns at a third party location like a bank, American Legion, or other precinct, why not have options to possess sold on the @ChicagoMerc. Guns in homes get stolen then criminals possess your gun. @LAPDHQ @FedEx @amazon @tribelaw @AlanDersh.
