The Southern District of New York: Is it so corrupt one can essentially lose one's dignity to cooperate under SDNY Rules designating a cooperating defendant?

I would have given him five years and a recommendation for a Rule 35 after one year for review up to 6 years, time served, no change or something alternatively.
