Is "smart cookie" #KimJongUn clairvoyant in an Edgar Cayce sense? #HillaryClinton sought the soul of Wellesley; some could say she won, but one would not.
There's something missing in the North Korean story. Is North Korean long-standing or morphing belief that the Leader empathizes and knows what's best for his countrypersons? So is he a clairvoyant?
