St Ignatius examen prayer:
Lord, I pray for the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit to coalesce with Jesus, others and myself, as the Father does. [But see, Psalm 112:10 re: "melting away"; liquidation of WWW in The Wizard of Oz (1939) A Film by Victor Fleming.
Lord, thank you for this epiphany. {enter your personal thanks to God}
Think of how you have been attentive, helpful and caring to God, others and self.
Thank God and consider how you may not have been or perhaps are not now at this moment, attentive, helpful and kind to others. Ask yourself, "How can I be more considerate and caring for others without invading their privacy?" or simply ask how you can improve your life of service to others, God and yourself.
Thank the Father in a more profound and personal way for being with you every day with Jesus and the Holy Spirit in keeping with the traditions and hopeful of a more perfect union soon and in Heaven. "Grow in love with God, others and self."--A Jesuit priest
