Commander, A Dog's Story

It's not enough to have and use tech. @ForeignAffairs @ 184 #BookReviews by John Waterbury. One must constantly keep up with the machine or step off the "merry-go-round" as musician John Lennon put it [see also Professor Timothy Leary, "Tune in, turn on, drop out."].

Like the Arab Spring of 2011, if one does not keep up with standard technology, preferably state-of-the-art, one will be disadvantaged. That's why governments allow patents, so when they steal from the public, at least the patent holder gets paid. [See the story of Westinghouse Electric and alternating current; sacrificed white knight Tesla]. The adept, the Jesuits, the Jews, tribes that share and follow the Kingdom of God [growing toward God, {consolation}; see also, Joel Osteen: do well for yourself in a way that does well for others] tend to survive.
